A company is looking for a Growth Manager for Equestrian eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage paid acquisition across various platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Oversee eCommerce platform operations, including merchandising, UX, and A/B testing
• Develop and implement SEO strategies and manage Amazon marketplace growth

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing or DTC e-commerce
• Expertise in Paid Search (Google) and Paid Social (Meta)
• Technical skills in Shopify (or similar), GA4, and SQL
• Proven experience in CRO and A/B testing methodologies
• Fluency in AI tools, particularly for automation and prototyping
