• 5-7 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or DTC e-commerce
• Portfolio of AI tools/automations that have been built
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Expertise in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics (GA4, SQL)
