Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Led Growth Growth Marketer to facilitate the transition from Sales Led Growth to Product Led Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion through product experience
• Develop and execute PLG strategies that enhance organic growth, including onboarding and upsell opportunities
• Lead a team of growth marketers and marketing operations specialists

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Growth Marketer in a B2B/SaaS environment utilizing PLG strategies
• Direct experience managing, leading, and mentoring teams
• Strong understanding of SaaS growth strategies and user behavior
• Experience with marketing automation to craft effective campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization and optimization
