Job Summary

To support a growing financial media platform, the full-time remote Growth Marketer will identify and execute creative strategies to acquire subscribers, build partnerships, and develop engaging content that drives organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build organic distribution engines through partnerships, affiliate programs, and community engagement
• Create compelling content and lead magnets that convert audiences into subscribers
• Design and optimize referral programs and community strategies to enhance subscriber acquisition and retention

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth, content marketing, or audience development
• Proven success in growing an audience or media brand without relying primarily on paid advertising
• Strong writing skills for crafting pitches, partnership emails, and landing page copy
• Resourceful and scrappy, with experience building initiatives on limited budgets
• Analytical mindset to measure growth metrics and pivot strategies effectively
