Job Summary
To support a growing AI-first customer service product suite, the full-time remote Growth Marketer will manage the self-serve funnel, drive website conversion performance, and plan paid campaigns while utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Move the self-serve funnel through signups activation and paid conversion, focusing on trials, pipeline, and CAC
- Drive product-related website sections by collaborating with UI Designers and Web Engineers to optimize page structure and UX flow
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across various platforms to achieve trial and pipeline goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or product-led company with direct revenue ownership
- Proven expertise in paid acquisition, including hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience in building and optimizing product pages and UX flows for conversion
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio; knowledge of marketing automation platforms is a plus
- Professional-level English writing skills for producing customer-facing copy
