Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing campaigns across ad networks or programmatic environments
• Deep understanding of CRO methodologies and A/B testing frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in data analysis tools
• Background in engineering, data science, marketing, or economics is a plus
