Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to join their Business Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own reporting and visibility across the full growth funnel from awareness through monetization
• Analyze CAC, LTV, payback periods, and marketing ROI to guide investment decisions
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to leaders that influence real-time decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7 plus years of experience in Growth, Marketing Analytics, or Business Analytics
• Highly proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets
• Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, experimentation, and CAC and LTV dynamics
• Experience in a high growth, performance-driven organization is a plus
