Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Growth Marketing, Adoption (Email).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end communications campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages
• Maintain a high-velocity campaign calendar and oversee ongoing campaigns
• Prepare data reports and analyses of campaign results to support various departments

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in growth and email marketing, preferably in a B2C marketplace, tech, or finance company
• Hands-on experience building campaigns in major ESP/CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Experience in e-commerce or financial services consumer products
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS is a major plus
• A process-driven mindset with a keen attention to detail
