Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a remote contract opportunity as a Growth Marketing Associate, responsible for executing and automating campaigns, utilizing market data to drive customer acquisition and retention, and building AI-native workflows to enhance marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market health data and activate appropriate campaign responses, managing execution from audience selection to performance tracking
• Build automations and AI-powered flows to streamline the worker journey from acquisition to activation, improving campaign scalability
• Identify and transform manual marketing workflows into AI-native processes, enhancing speed and conversion outcomes

Required qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or technical marketing with ownership of strategy and execution
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and the ability to build and optimize triggered campaigns
• Hands-on experience with low-code and AI tools, capable of building autonomously without engineering support
• Familiarity with user behavior in B2C funnels, understanding activation metrics and drop-off points
• Experience with LLM APIs and tools like Zapier, Clay, Framer, or Lovable
