Growth Marketing Associate

Job Summary

To support a dynamic digital entertainment and sports/gaming client, the remote contract Growth Marketing Associate will execute and optimize paid social marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional workflows, and analyze performance data to drive user acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid social platforms to achieve user acquisition and retention goals
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to manage creative workflows and ensure timely delivery of assets
• Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance and maximize return on ad spend

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of hands-on media buying experience in paid social channels, preferably in B2C performance marketing
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager, with additional exposure to Reddit and Twitter/X being a plus
• Experience managing significant daily/monthly ad spend with accountability for performance metrics
• Practical knowledge of setting up in-platform A/B tests and managing various ad formats
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
