Growth Marketing Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Growth Marketing Associate will manage campaign execution across multiple channels to enhance brand presence and connect older adults and caregivers with services, working remotely and collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support new center launches by adapting approved marketing materials
• Create content calendars and execute campaigns across direct mail, email, social media, and community events
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to report marketing impact and identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred
• Strong writing and proofreading skills for diverse audiences
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and basic campaign reporting
• Curiosity and comfort learning new technology, including AI-enabled tools for research and production
