Job Summary

Growth Marketing Associate Director, a full-time position focused on identifying, launching, and scaling new customer acquisition channels, while leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing operations and drive significant growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end channel expansion, including research, prioritization, launch, and iteration across various paid and partnership-based channels
• Shape the innovative channel roadmap by identifying high-potential opportunities and making strategic investment cases
• Design and execute rigorous experiments to analyze performance metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple channels
• Consulting background preferred, with the ability to structure complex problems and communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
• Strong foundational understanding of marketing levers such as bidding, targeting, and creative development
• Quantitative analytical ability with experience working with full-funnel metrics
• Excitement and experience in applying AI tools strategically in marketing operations
