Growth Marketing Associate Director

Job Summary

Driving innovative customer acquisition strategies, the full-time remote Associate Director, Growth Marketing will identify, launch, and scale new marketing channels while collaborating closely with the VP of Growth and executive team to influence company strategy and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end channel expansion by researching, prioritizing, launching, and iterating across various paid and partnership-based channels
• Shape the innovative channel roadmap by identifying high-potential opportunities and making strategic investment cases
• Pioneer the adoption of AI agents in marketing operations to accelerate testing, automate workflows, and enhance capabilities

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with exposure to multiple channels
• Consulting background preferred, ideally from MBB or equivalent, with strong problem structuring and communication skills
• Strong understanding of core marketing levers such as bidding, targeting, and creative optimization
• Proficient in analyzing full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and storytelling through data
• Experience with AI tools and a genuine interest in leveraging them for strategic marketing capabilities
