Growth Marketing Associate Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Growth team, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Associate Manager will manage day-to-day campaign execution, assist in creative strategy, and analyze performance across digital marketing channels to drive customer growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the execution of Paid Social and Display campaigns, including audience testing and creative rotations
• Assist in the creative briefing process and analyze creative performance to inform growth marketing strategies
• Evaluate campaign success using analytics tools and share insights to optimize future marketing efforts

Required qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience managing digital marketing channels, such as paid social or paid search
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Power BI and Google Analytics
• Strong Excel skills for analyzing campaign performance and making optimization recommendations
• Understanding of various digital marketing channels, including paid search and paid social
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
