Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional Head of Growth Marketing (Independent Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a full-funnel growth marketing strategy focused on lead generation
• Design and launch marketing campaigns to increase awareness and demand among district-level decision-makers
• Define, monitor, and report on top-of-funnel performance metrics and collaborate with sales stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience marketing to U.S. school districts with knowledge of K-12 purchasing processes
• Proven track record in designing and optimizing lead generation programs, preferably in education
• Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, campaign experimentation, and content strategy
• Familiarity with K-12 education cyclical buying patterns and funding mechanisms
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes
