Job Summary

To fuel a performance marketing engine, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Creative Producer will analyze audience insights and produce high-quality creative assets to enhance messaging and outreach in mental healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing creative performance and track competitor trends to inform marketing strategies
• Translate research insights into creative briefs and produce a steady stream of diverse marketing assets
• Collaborate with performance marketing to test and iterate on creative content based on data-driven results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing with a focus on organic social and owned content channels
• Hands-on creative production experience, including video editing or content creation
• Proficiency in using AI and modern production tools for efficient creative work
