Job Summary

To lead the demand generation strategy, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Director will own ProductPlan's demand engine, managing channels, budget, and pipeline in a remote capacity while launching a new AI-native product.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for pipeline growth across paid and organic channels
  • Oversee SEO and GEO initiatives to enhance organic discovery and visibility
  • Manage lifecycle marketing, including nurturing, conversion flows, and lead scoring
Required qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in demand generation, growth, or go-to-market strategies at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to build AI tooling and automations for marketing purposes
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign management and pipeline ownership
  • Expertise in marketing operations and analytics, including tracking and attribution
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
