Job Summary
Driving sustainable revenue growth, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Director will develop and implement data-driven acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead multi-channel acquisition strategies and optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV)
- Build and scale lifecycle marketing programs to improve customer engagement and retention
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth in revenue, users, or pipeline
- Deep expertise in paid acquisition channels such as Google and Meta
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data to inform decisions
- Experience in B2B, B2C, SaaS, or e-commerce environments
