Growth Marketing Director

Job Summary

To drive innovative growth strategies, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Director will oversee performance marketing efforts, manage sales results across various platforms, and lead a team to optimize the marketing funnel for revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all in-house and agency performance marketing efforts, including paid social, PPC, and affiliate marketing
• Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to enhance member conversion and optimize the marketing funnel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and conversion growth

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing leadership role, preferably in health, wellness, or CPG sectors
• Experience managing Meta, Tik Tok Shop, and Amazon advertising campaigns
• A minimum of 2+ years of people management experience in growth marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative strategies that drive growth
