Job Summary
Owning both sales and marketing for the company, the full-time remote Head of Growth will manage the sales process from initial conversations to signed contracts while developing and executing internal marketing strategies, including Meta advertising campaigns and brand positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects, managing the sales pipeline and negotiations
- Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy, focusing on content creation, brand positioning, and demand generation
- Create and oversee marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, and case studies to elevate the company's brand
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience, specifically in sales roles beyond appointment setting
- Proven track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation, with a significant portion from commissions
- Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers
- Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta, or strong knowledge of digital marketing
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, for pipeline management and reporting
