Job Summary

Owning the growth marketing function, the full-time remote Head of Growth Marketing will develop and implement growth strategies for RaftLabs and its products, manage a marketing team, and oversee SEO, content marketing, and client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Set and manage growth plans for RaftLabs and client brands, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Build and lead a marketing team, defining roles, hiring, and creating operational standards
• Oversee SEO strategies and content marketing initiatives, including backlinks and outreach efforts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, B2B marketing, or SaaS marketing
• Proven track record of owning marketing strategy and execution
• Experience managing a marketing team or client-facing projects
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and outreach strategies
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for marketing tasks
