Job Summary

As a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, the full-time remote Senior Director, Growth Marketing will shape and execute the organization's growth marketing strategy to drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and deliver measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth priorities
• Serve as the primary marketing partner to Commercial and Therapeutic Area Leadership, shaping strategy and identifying growth opportunities
• Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and market growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in growth marketing, strategic marketing, or demand generation
• Proven success developing integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable business growth
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders in complex organizations
• Healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry experience preferred
