Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Growth Marketing to lead their growth strategy and member engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and optimize full-funnel member engagement strategies across various departments
• Leverage AI tools for campaign development and drive experimentation to validate new growth strategies

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in growth leadership within high-velocity, venture-backed technology companies
• Proven track record of scaling growth and revenue from early-stage to $100M+ ARR
• Experience in executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement
• Expertise in growth experimentation and modern growth tools
• Strong background in digital health or a related industry is highly preferred
