Job Summary
Seeking a results-driven AVP, Growth Marketing & Demand Generation, the full-time remote leader will build and lead a scalable marketing engine focused on pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue impact while collaborating closely with sales to enhance conversion outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute demand generation strategies to drive marketing-sourced pipeline growth
- Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value target accounts
- Optimize marketing automation and CRM systems to improve data quality and funnel visibility
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Healthcare IT experience is required
- Proven success in demand generation and revenue marketing
- Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and executive leadership
