Job Summary
Leading the commercial growth strategy, the full-time remote Assistant Vice President of Growth Marketing will develop and execute integrated marketing programs to accelerate demand generation, enhance customer engagement, and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives and revenue goals
- Lead integrated demand generation strategies across digital marketing, email, paid media, and customer engagement initiatives
- Oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns supporting commercial priorities and product launches
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience leading integrated commercial marketing organizations
- Demonstrated success in building demand generation and account-based marketing programs
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud, and marketing automation platforms
