Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the paid acquisition program across digital channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Develop and execute strategies for digital acquisition, optimizing campaigns for efficiency and scale
• Collaborate with creative teams to design and test performance-driven ad concepts while analyzing campaign performance

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in paid acquisition across digital channels in the DTC/Ecomm space
• 2+ years of experience in people management with a focus on team development
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable strategies
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills for handling multiple campaigns
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
