Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Marketing & Marketing Ops Team Lead to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across B2B SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the transition from sales-led to product-led growth, developing PQL processes and account-based scoring models
  • Launch and manage lifecycle campaigns using various channels such as email and in-app messaging
  • Optimize the self-serve user journey to support team-based adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, focusing on growth or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Strong data literacy and comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and reports
