A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale its growth engine end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full growth funnel across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention
• Instrument and maintain analytics across the product and define core growth events and metrics
• Design and run growth experiments across channels to increase conversion throughout the funnel

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or analytics engineering
• Deep understanding of user funnels and conversion drivers
• Strong experience with product and marketing analytics tools
• Proficiency in SQL and working with event-level data
• Experience measuring and prioritizing analytics in fast-moving environments
