Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own growth outcomes by designing plans and driving results for conversion, retention, and expansion
  • Diagnose growth constraints using qualitative and quantitative data to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead cross-functional execution of growth projects while ensuring alignment and prioritization across teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in growth, lifecycle, product marketing, or revenue marketing at a B2B SaaS company and/or outpatient therapy fields
  • Proven ability to drive measurable growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion targets
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting results and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience in building enablement and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with a focus on experimentation and rapid learning
