Key Responsibilities
- Own growth outcomes by designing plans and driving results for conversion, retention, and expansion
- Diagnose growth constraints using qualitative and quantitative data to identify areas for improvement
- Lead cross-functional execution of growth projects while ensuring alignment and prioritization across teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in growth, lifecycle, product marketing, or revenue marketing at a B2B SaaS company and/or outpatient therapy fields
- Proven ability to drive measurable growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion targets
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting results and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Experience in building enablement and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with a focus on experimentation and rapid learning
