Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Marketer, Growth for the Shop App.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale 2-3 paid marketing channels from experimental to always-on
• Run end-to-end campaigns including strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization
• Manage budget allocation and make trade-off decisions across channel portfolios

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in paid media or growth marketing across multiple channel types
• Proven track record of launching or scaling new marketing channels
• Strong measurement and attribution skills for complex channels
• Experience managing external partners and internal creative teams
• Multi-market or international experience is a strong plus
