Key Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and optimization across all paid channels
• Manage budget allocation to meet CPA, CAC, and activation targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging, campaign planning, and audience strategy

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in performance marketing with hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns
• Experience managing significant spend on Google Ads and Meta
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or a comparable BI tool
• Understanding of attribution models and incrementality testing
• Familiarity with fintech or financial services is preferred
