Job Summary
Growth Marketing Lead, Innovative Channels is a full-time position responsible for identifying, launching, and scaling new customer acquisition channels while driving strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end channel expansion including research, prioritization, launch, and iteration across various channels
- Shape the innovative channel roadmap by identifying high-potential opportunities and making strategic investment cases
- Design and execute rigorous experiments to analyze performance and translate data into strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple channels
- Consulting background preferred, with ability to structure complex problems and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of core marketing levers and their application across diverse contexts
- Quantitative analytical ability with experience in full-funnel metrics
- Experience or excitement about applying AI tools in marketing operations
