Job Summary
Growth Marketing Lead, Innovative Channels is a full-time position focused on identifying, launching, and scaling new customer acquisition channels while leveraging AI to enhance marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end channel expansion by researching, prioritizing, launching, and iterating across various marketing channels
- Shape the innovative channel roadmap and make strategic recommendations for investment opportunities
- Design and execute rigorous experiments to analyze performance metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple channels
- Preferred consulting background with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems
- Strong understanding of core marketing levers and their application in various contexts
- Quantitative analytical ability with experience in working with full-funnel metrics
- Experience with applying AI tools and agents in marketing operations
