Job Summary

Growth Marketing Lead, Innovative Channels is a full-time position focused on identifying, launching, and scaling new customer acquisition channels while leveraging AI to enhance marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end channel expansion by researching, prioritizing, launching, and iterating across various marketing channels
  • Shape the innovative channel roadmap and make strategic recommendations for investment opportunities
  • Design and execute rigorous experiments to analyze performance metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple channels
  • Preferred consulting background with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems
  • Strong understanding of core marketing levers and their application in various contexts
  • Quantitative analytical ability with experience in working with full-funnel metrics
  • Experience with applying AI tools and agents in marketing operations
