Job Summary

To drive customer acquisition and scalable growth, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Lead will identify, launch, and optimize innovative marketing channels while pioneering the use of AI in marketing operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end channel expansion by researching, prioritizing, launching, and iterating across diverse paid and partnership-based channels
  • Shape the innovative channel roadmap by identifying high-potential opportunities and making strategic investment cases
  • Design and execute rigorous experiments to analyze performance metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple channels
  • Consulting background preferred, with strong problem structuring and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of core marketing levers and quantitative analytical ability with full-funnel metrics
  • Experience applying AI tools in marketing as a strategic capability
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness in exploring new channels and solving complex problems
