Job Summary
To drive customer acquisition and profitable growth, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Lead will identify, launch, and scale innovative marketing channels while collaborating closely with the executive team to shape the company's growth strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end channel expansion by researching, prioritizing, launching, and iterating across diverse paid and partnership-based channels
- Shape the innovative channel roadmap by identifying high-potential opportunities and making strategic investment cases
- Pioneer the adoption of AI agents in marketing operations to enhance testing, automate workflows, and unlock new capabilities
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple channels
- Consulting background preferred, with the ability to structure complex problems and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of core marketing levers and quantitative analytical ability with full-funnel metrics
- Genuine creative acumen with experience in collaborating with designers and copywriters
- Excitement for applying AI tools strategically in marketing operations
