Job Summary
To support rapid growth, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Lead will manage marketing initiatives targeting mid-market physician groups, focusing on attracting new customers, enhancing their journey, and utilizing data-driven insights to steer strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute digital-first programs to attract, convert, and nurture leads throughout the customer journey
- Set up and scale email marketing campaigns, including onboarding and nurture flows, using segmentation and A/B testing
- Launch and manage performance campaigns on social media and search platforms tailored to specific audiences
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in growth, performance, or campaign marketing within B2B SaaS or digital health
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, capable of building campaigns from strategy to execution
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, conversion optimization, and pipeline attribution
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating initiative and adaptability
