Job Summary
Data-driven and creative, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Lead will drive pipeline growth and optimize performance across multi-channel marketing initiatives while analyzing results and developing campaign assets.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel
- Create and manage campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, and sales enablement materials
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing (B2B preferred)
- Proven ability to drive pipeline through multi-channel campaigns
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Proficiency in using AI tools and experience with marketing automation platforms
- Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics
