Job Summary
To drive customer acquisition and profitable growth, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Lead will identify, launch, and scale innovative marketing channels while collaborating closely with the executive team to shape strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end channel expansion by researching, prioritizing, launching, and iterating across a diverse mix of paid and partnership-based channels
- Shape the innovative channel roadmap, identifying high-potential opportunities and making strategic investment cases
- Pioneer the adoption of AI agents in marketing operations to accelerate testing, automate workflows, and enhance capabilities
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with exposure to multiple channels
- Consulting background preferred, ideally from MBB or equivalent, with a strong ability to structure complex problems
- Strong understanding of core marketing levers and quantitative analytical skills with full-funnel metrics
- Genuine creative acumen with the ability to partner effectively with designers and copywriters
- Excited about applying AI tools strategically in marketing efforts
