Job Summary
Driving the strategy and execution for enterprise demand generation and product-led growth, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Lead will design multi-channel demand programs, own the Test Drive program, and develop growth measurement frameworks while collaborating across various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver multi-channel demand programs targeting priority accounts
- Lead planning and execution of product-led growth initiatives through the Test Drive program
- Develop growth measurement frameworks and performance dashboards to track key metrics
Required qualifications
- 7-9 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Deep expertise in enterprise B2B growth and demand generation strategies
- Proven experience with product-led growth alongside enterprise campaign execution
- High data fluency with experience in multi-touch attribution and marketing analytics tools
- Proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce; ABM tooling experience is a plus
