Job Summary
To drive customer acquisition and profitable growth, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Lead will identify, launch, and scale innovative marketing channels while collaborating closely with the executive team to shape strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end channel expansion by researching, prioritizing, launching, and iterating across diverse marketing channels
- Shape the innovative channel roadmap, identifying high-potential opportunities for investment
- Pioneer the adoption of AI agents in marketing operations to enhance testing and automate workflows
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple channels
- Consulting background preferred, with strong problem structuring and communication skills
- Foundational understanding of marketing levers such as bidding, targeting, and creative optimization
- Strong quantitative analytical ability with experience in full-funnel metrics
- Genuine creative acumen and experience collaborating with designers and copywriters
