Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time opportunity as a Growth Marketing & Demand Generation Lead responsible for building and scaling B2B demand generation programs, optimizing campaigns, and managing webinar and podcast initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the execution and optimization of B2B demand generation programs across various channels
- Plan, produce, and promote webinars and podcasts to generate qualified leads
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry associations to enhance brand awareness and lead generation
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing
- Proven success in executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Experience with paid advertising platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Familiarity with audio/video editing tools like Descript or Adobe Premiere Rush
