Job Summary

To support a new product launch, the full-time Growth Marketing Lead will build and manage the end-to-end customer journey, focusing on activation, conversion, retention, and expansion while working onsite in London 2-3 days a month on a fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities
  • Build the full growth funnel from visit to sign-up, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion
  • Identify and remove friction at each stage of the customer journey using customer behavior and product data
  • Design and optimize onboarding journeys to improve core activation metrics and reduce time-to-value
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, particularly with product-led growth models
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Experience with customer experience mapping tools and product insights platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce
