Job Summary
Owning the paid acquisition strategy, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Lead will manage end-to-end marketing efforts, including paid acquisition, SEO oversight, and direct-response creative, while building AI-native systems to optimize growth processes.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the paid acquisition strategy, including targeting, budget management, and creative briefs
- Design and implement AI-native systems that streamline workflows and improve efficiency across marketing channels
- Oversee SEO and content strategies to enhance organic growth and ensure strong performance in search engines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or marketing engineering within a consumer SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or DTC company
- Proven ability to think in systems and build self-sustaining workflows
- Experience in writing high-performing copy and producing effective creative materials
- Strong understanding of attribution models and the ability to connect marketing spend to business outcomes
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and a hands-on approach to executing marketing strategies
