Key responsibilities

• Lead the global Host SEM program across major search platforms to drive host acquisition and supply growth
• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Host SEM, aligning investment strategy with business priorities
• Design and scale experiments to improve funnel performance and optimize investment decisions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant SEM experience in a fast-paced consumer technology company
• Proven track record of managing large-scale acquisition channels and significant budgets
• Deep technical expertise in SEM tools, including bidding and measurement
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
