Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Leader, New Products to manage the strategy and execution for launching and growing new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for new products, including defining target segments and building launch plans
  • Guide and align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and build scalable frameworks for product launches
  • Analyze performance against growth targets and identify new growth levers to adjust strategy as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing and growth strategy, preferably in D2C products or consumer tech
  • Proven success in driving complex, multichannel product launches
  • Strong technical and analytical skills to define key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience leading sensitive discussions with stakeholders and aligning diverse teams
  • Ability to set strategic direction while also executing hands-on when necessary
