Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth & CRM Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement email/SMS marketing programs for clients
• Optimize email marketing programs at scale, including behavioral triggers and lifecycle series
• Manage day-to-day maintenance of automated flows and optimize for user segmentation

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in developing and managing email marketing programs
• Experience in direct-to-consumer growth across acquisition, retention, and on-site performance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach
• Desirable experience in Klaviyo and eCommerce platforms like Shopify
