Key Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows and lead scoring
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Monitor and improve conversion rates across the full marketing funnel

Required Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communications, or analytics
• 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or lifecycle marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing automation
• Experience in agriculture or product marketing is a plus
