Key Responsibilities

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of podcast media campaigns focused on direct response and customer acquisition
Analyze and optimize data-driven campaigns continuously
Maintain positive publisher relationships to achieve optimal client outcomes

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in paid user acquisition, growth marketing, or media planning/buying in a direct response environment
Podcast advertising experience preferred, but related channel experience is acceptable
Experience can be in-house, freelance/consulting, agency, or publisher roles
