Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison with distributed retail sales to ensure lead volume, conversion, and budget targets are met
• Maintain a pipeline of new affiliates and lead partners, launching 4+ new sources each month
• Oversee affiliate partnerships to optimize performance and growth

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in paid media and lead generation within the mortgage industry
• Proven success in affiliate management and multi-channel campaign execution
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance marketing processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize lead-generation campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not required
