Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive new user acquisition and optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new depositors through paid media, measuring and optimizing performance
• Execute and manage a paid media testing roadmap, focusing on Paid Social
• Run experiments on ads and landing pages, owning the results and impact

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, primarily in paid channels
• Demonstrated mastery of prompt engineering and use of Gen-AI tools
• Experience in planning, launching, and analyzing experiments across paid ads
• Ability to build or edit landing pages in a modern CMS
• Familiarity with Looker or similar BI platforms
